The Challenge
Traditional surveillance setups were fragmented across multiple systems, highly dependent on manual monitoring, and lacked centralized visibility. Operators were managing hundreds of camera feeds without intelligent prioritization — leading to delayed responses, missed critical events, and operational inefficiencies.
The requirement was clear: build a unified, scalable, and intelligent surveillance backbone capable of operating across multiple customers, geographies, and command centers.
Our Solution
We designed and deployed a modular AI-powered surveillance ecosystem combining a multi-tenant VMS architecture, a real-time AI video analytics engine, a centralized ICCC command center, and a full operator ecosystem across web, desktop, and mobile. The platform supports both cloud and on-premise deployments and scales seamlessly across distributed environments.
